Validation rules

  • The sum of allocations[].amount should equal totalAmount, allowing for rounding.
  • approvedByResolutionId is expected when levyType is specialLevy.

Open questions for legal and industry review

  • Confirm treatment of instalments, interest and refunds of unused special levy money.
