Make strata financial information comparable across systems without assuming a particular accounting package or chart of accounts.

Entity definitions
The annual budget for a fiscal year, including planned contributions to the operating fund and the contingency reserve fund.
A single receipt, disbursement, transfer or adjustment affecting a fund.
A fund held by the strata corporation, such as the operating fund or the contingency reserve fund (CRF).
An amount owners are required to pay: regular strata fees under a budget, or a special levy approved by the owners.
Each entity page lists data types, required and optional fields, controlled vocabularies, validation rules and an example payload.
