Validation rules

Cross-field rules beyond what JSON Schema expresses. Documented in the draft; not yet enforced by tooling.

  • lotNumber must be unique within a strata corporation.
  • parcelIdentifier must be unique across all strata lots.

Open questions for legal and industry review

  • Confirm how voting entitlement differs from unit entitlement and whether it needs its own field.

Illustrative only, with fictional data. Validated against the draft schema at build time.
